Our niche (and what people tell me they appreciate most) is being able to actually reach someone to talk to over the telephone.
The answer to any question you may have will probably be found on the "ANSWERS" page. However, if you don't find your answer there after reading through that, don't hesitate to contact me. Office hours are 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday. If I don't answer the phone when you call, please leave a message so I can call you back.
If you don't receive an immediate response to your email during business hours, please call to make sure it was received, because I generally respond to emails immediately.
IMPORTANT: Our preferred method of communication is email so that we have a paper trail of all our discussions, and also because our phone number is a landline that cannot accept texts. That's why all communication must be handled through email.
